Hosea 10:12
Sow righteousness for yourselves, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the Lord, until he comes and showers his righteousness on you.

Sow righteousness,
reap love.
It’s time to till the ready earth,
it’s time to dig in with GOD,
Until he arrives
with righteousness ripe for harvest.
(The Message)

It’s always time to do the right thing. It is always time to know and experience God.

The benefits of making the right choices and taking the right lead measures are not always immediately apparent. Time has a way of revealing the blessings of simple faith, loving obedience, and patient waiting.

A coaching question Val Hastings of Coaching 4 Today’s Leaders likes is, “What do you want? What do you really, really want?” The best of our many desires are worth the wait. Many of those most deeply-held desires require more than one step. They often take a long time to come to pass. Like any project, more than a To-Do list is required. Big dreams and bold hopes take daily deposits of focused effort.

If you are not now harvesting hopes and dreams, keep at the steady work of tilling, planting, watering, weeding, and tending. Fruit takes time. It does not arrive or ripen by desire alone.

Where are you in the process of becoming?

What are you doing today to prepare you for the harvest someday?

What do you need to do now to draw one step closer to the kind of production honoring to God and blessing to others?

Dig in with God in full confidence of a bumper crop.

I will work and I will wait for the good gifts of God’s timing.

Our Father, what are my best lead measures today? What are my best next steps? What preparation is required from me now for what you want for me next? Amen.

Isaiah 37:16 ”Lord of Armies, God of Israel, enthroned between the cherubim, you are God — you alone — of all the kingdoms of the earth. You made the heavens and the earth.“

Daily D – Isaiah 32:17

Isaiah 32:17
The result of righteousness will be peace;
the effect of righteousness will be quiet confidence forever.

Daily D – Isaiah 26:3-4

Isaiah 26:3, 4
You will keep the mind that is dependent on you
in perfect peace,
for it is trusting in you.
Trust in the Lord forever,
because in the LORD, the LORD himself, is an everlasting rock!

Daily D – Psalm 113

Psalm 113
Hallelujah!
Give praise, servants of the LORD;
praise the name of the LORD.
Let the name of the LORD be blessed
both now and forever.
From the rising of the sun to its setting,
let the name of the LORD be praised.

The LORD is exalted above all the nations,
his glory above the heavens.
Who is like the LORD our God —
the one enthroned on high,
who stoops down to look
on the heavens and the earth?
He raises the poor from the dust
and lifts the needy from the trash heap
in order to seat them with nobles —
with the nobles of his people.
He gives the childless woman a household,
making her the joyful mother of children.
Hallelujah!

Daily D – Psalm 112:4-9

Psalm 112:4-9
Light shines in the darkness for the upright.
He is gracious, compassionate, and righteous.
Good will come to the one who lends generously
and conducts his business fairly.
He will never be shaken.
The righteous one will be remembered forever.
He will not fear bad news;
his heart is confident, trusting in the LORD.
His heart is assured; he will not fear.
In the end he will look in triumph on his foes.
He distributes freely to the poor;
his righteousness endures forever.
His horn will be exalted in honor.
